By accessing kaufmanlabs.com, submitting an eligibility form, or otherwise communicating with Kaufman Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated service updates, account notifications, and — where you separately opted in — marketing messages from Kaufman Labs at the phone number you provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan and carrier.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@kaufmanlabs.com. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not required for purchasing products or services, and it is not a condition of being screened for or participating in any research study.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside of our control.

Kaufman Labs is a clinical research recruitment service. We are not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, or pharmacy, and we do not practice medicine. Nothing on this site — including any article, study description, or communication from our team — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Content on this site is general information about the clinical research process. It does not describe the risks, procedures, or eligibility criteria of any particular study. Eligibility for any study is determined solely by the research site conducting that study, following its own screening process and informed-consent procedures. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Study availability, criteria, and terms are set by the research sites and sponsors and can change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaufman Labs and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the site or our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or our services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, medical care, or decisions of any research site, sponsor, investigator, or healthcare provider.
